Mike Roberts started his career in corporate print management with Alistair McIntosh Limited. After 13 years he left to join PMG which he subsequently bought. Using his experience, industry connections and reputation, Mike has developed PMG over the last 20 years into the business it is today. During this time, Mike has held senior leadership positions in one of the UK’s leading Print Trade associations currently being the immediate Past President of the IPIA. In January 2024 Mike, together with his wife Ellie, completed the purchase of JPS Limited and he sits as the CEO of this business.

Sharron has a close eye for detail, especially when it comes to print finishes, is very organised and a great listener – the perfect combination for a Operations Director at JPS Limited.

She joined JPS Limited in December 2015 bringing a combined 20 years of experience in the industry having held positions with Great Northern Envelopes, Lexicon and Catalyst.

She has earned the title ‘Envelope Queen’ in the office. You name it, when it comes to knowledge of envelopes and sheet-fed production Sharron is the go to person.

When Natalie joined the team in 2016 she brought with her 20 years of experience in the print industry, mail order and direct mail.

She previously held the role of print production controller at Otto UK overseeing leading fashion brands such as Freemans, Grattan and Look Again – a role which took her across Europe to oversee their press passing.

She’s a self-confessed magazine addict – an interest which was probably fuelled during her time at Polestar managing titles such as GoodFood, Top Gear and Hello!

Natalie manages the whole print management process, from brief to delivery and nothing gets passed her eagle eyes.

Sarah joined the team in Feb 2018 to develop new business. She brings with her over 20 years of sales experience selling sheet fed, web-offset and gravure print – she has worked for some of the largest UK printers including Polestar and YM Group.

Sarah believes that the key to success in winning new business is to build good relationships by really listening and understanding customer requirements and having the knowledge and experience to be able to offer cost effective print solutions.

Lisa joined JPS in 2025 with a strong background in marketing and a knack for getting things done. Having worked with some seriously talented creatives, she knows what it takes to bring ideas to life.

Calm, positive, and always up for a challenge, Lisa keeps everything running like clockwork. She makes sure communication stays clear and projects stay on track—linking clients with internal and external teams effortlessly.

From brief to delivery, Lisa’s got it covered—making your print journey smooth, simple, and stress-free.

Terry’s career in Print started at the young age of 16. Over the years he has worked on press at various Web Offset printers, as a Colour Retoucher at a trade house and also spent 16 years as a Production Manager overseeing all printing and binding.

His eye for detail and colour makes Terry a valued consultant to JPS and our customers.
